To create a new folder:
Open Outlook
Right click on the inbox folder and select new folder
Name the folder and click ok
To create a rule for a folder:
Open Outlook.
Go to inbox and select an email that you want to go directly into a specific folder.
Right click on the email go down to rules and click on create rule.
Select the desired action in the top box (You can filter by sender or contents of the subject)
In the bottom box under “Do the following” select “Move the item to folder”
In the popup box click the small triangle to expand the inbox folder. Select the desired folder and click “OK” and “OK” again.
Check the box “Run this rule now on messages already in the current folder” and click “OK”
